Lespedeza is a genus of about 40 species of flowering plants in the pea family (Fabaceae),

They are commonly known as bush clovers or (particularly East Asiann species) Japanese clovers (hagi).

Nashinoki Shrine hosts an annual Bush clover festival.^[2]
