Boniface Alexandre (31 July 1936 – 4 August 2023) was a Haitian politician. Alexandre served as the provisional President of Haiti following the 2004 Haitian coup d'état until May 2006.

During Alexandre's acting presidency, Amnesty International found that many people have been kidnapped, murdered and imprisoned without charge or trial.[1]

Alexandre died on 4 August 2023 at his home in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, four days after his 87th birthday.[2]
