William Fay (9 September 1943 – 22 February 2025) was an English singer-songwriter. Though most of his works were made in the 1960s and 1970s, his music became more popular years later and soon had a cult following in the 1990s and 2000s.[1][2] He released an album, Life Is People, in 2012.[3] In 2020, he released his last album, Countless Branches.
Fay died in London, England on 22 February 2025, at the age of 81.[1][2]
