William Solon Dellinger (March 23, 1934 – June 27, 2025) was an American middle-distance runner and coach. He competed in the 5,000 m at the 1956, 1960 and 1964 Olympics. He won a bronze medal in 1964.[1][2]

Dellinger died on June 27, 2025 under hospice care in Eugene, Oregon from cancer at the age of 91.[3][4]
