Aníbal Ibarra (born March 1, 1958) is an Argentine lawyer and politician. He was the Mayor of Buenos Aires from 2000 to 2006. When he was mayor, he was a member of the Broad Front. He was removed from office over his handling of the República Cromañón nightclub fire that killed over 190 people.^[1]
