Aftermarket
The term aftermarket refers to a car that is rebadged by another car manufacturer present in that territory; it is the same (or almost the same) derivative.
Example

Sportequipe
Sportequipe, born in 2023 from DR Automobiles Groupe, is an example of an aftermarket brand, because it slightly modifies Chery group models, in this case with the 8, which is the Tiggo 8, changing the front end, the engines, and the logo.
Other uses
Eurospin

Eurospin is a discount store that sells products under its own brand, Eurospin. Besides that, it has these qualities: it sells the same products as other supermarkets, for example, the juice is made in the same facility as the original one.
Primark
Primark sells clothes and clothing at low prices; generally, the stores are big and sell everything related to clothing.
