The 2014 UEFA Champions League final was the last match of the 2013–14 UEFA Champions League, a top European football tournament. It happened on May 24, 2014, in Lisbon, Portugal, and featured Spanish teams Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid. Real Madrid won 4–1 after extra time, with goals from Gareth Bale, Marcelo, and Cristiano Ronaldo. This was their 10th title, 12 years after their ninth.
Real Madrid, as winners, got to play against Sevilla in the 2014 UEFA Super Cup and reached the semi-finals of the 2014 FIFA Club World Cup as the UEFA representative, winning both competitions.
