The 2012 Northern Territory general election was held on 25 August 2012. It elected all 25 members of the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly. The Northern Territory Electoral Commission (NTEC) held the election.
Chief Minister Paul Henderson led the incumbent Labor government. The labor government was trying to win a fourth term. However, the Country Liberal Party (CLP) won the election. Opposition Leader Terry Mills led the CLP.
