In July and August 2010 there were many heatwaves that affected Europe.
In multiple countries all-time heat records were broken, including Finland, Russia and the Ukraine.
Russia was most affected by the heatwaves, where the highest temperature during these heatwaves was measured, 45.4 °C (113.7 °F) on 12 July 2010 in Utta.[1][2]
