The 4 × 110 yards relay event at the 1926 Women's World Games was the second time the 4 × 110 yards relay was held at Women's World Games. The event took place in Gothenburg at the Slottsskogsvallen during the last day of the Games on 29 August 1926.[1] Four years later the at the 1930 Women's World Games the 4 × 110 yards relay was replaced by the 4 x 100 metres relay event.
The Biritsh team won the event in a new world record time of 49.8 seconds, beating the American record from 1924 of 51 seconds.[1]
