Transportujuća ATPaza steroida (EC 3.6.3.45, protein pleiotropske otpornosti na lekove, PDR protein) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP fosfohidrolaza (eksport steroida).^[1]^[2]^[3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ADP + fosfat + steroid_out

Ova ATPaza ABC-tipa je karakteristična po prisustvu dva slična ATP-vezujuća domena.
