Sukcinilglutamatna desukcinilaza
Sukcinilglutamatna desukcinilaza (EC 3.5.1.96, N2-sukcinilglutamat desukcinilaza, SGDS, AstE) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-sukcinil-L-glutamat amidohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N-sukcinil-L-glutamat + H2O sukcinat + L-glutamat
Za dejstvo ovog enzim je neophodan jon Co2+.
