Sukcinilglutamatna desukcinilaza (EC 3.5.1.96, N²-sukcinilglutamat desukcinilaza, SGDS, AstE) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-sukcinil-L-glutamat amidohidrolaza.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

N-sukcinil-L-glutamat + H₂O

sukcinat + L-glutamat

Za dejstvo ovog enzim je neophodan jon Co²⁺.
