Skvalen—hopanolna ciklaza (EC 4.2.1.129, skvalen—hopenska ciklaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom hopan-22-ol hidrolijaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hopan-22-ol skvalen + H2O
Ovaj enzim formira ciklizacione produkte hopena (cf. EC 5.4.99.17) i hopanola iz skvalena u konstantnom odnosu 5:1.
