Scott Kevin Walker (2. novembar 1967) je američki republikanski političar koji je služio kao 45. po redu guverner države Wisconsin. Na to je mjesto izabran godine 2010. prilikom čega je porazio demokratskog protivkandidata Toma Barretta. Prije dolaska na guvernersku dužnost je od 2002. do 2010. služio kao direktor okruga Milwaukee, a od 1993. do 2002. kao zastupnik Državne skupštine.

Walker je nedugo nakon stupanja na guvernersku dužnost, u nastojanju da ukloni državni budžetski deficit, predložio kontroverzne zakone kojima se sindikatima, pogotovo onima državnih službenika i namješetnika, oduzelo pravo na kolektivno pregovaranje. Prijedlog je izazvao žestoku reakciju sindikata i lijevog dijela američke javnosti, te velike proteste koje su mnogi uspoređivali s arapskim proljećem. Usprkos toga, zakonski prijedlozi su prošli, ali su sindikalci, aktivisti i lokalna Demokratska stranka uspjeli skupiti dovoljno potpisa da pokrenu postupak opoziva na izvanrednim izborima. Na njima je Walker koristivši deset puta više novca od protivnika uspio 5. juna 2012. sačuvati svoj položaj, postavši prvim guvernerom u historiji SAD kome je to uspjelo.
