Proklavaminatna amidinohidrolaza (EC 3.5.3.22, PAH, proklavaminatna amidino hidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom amidinoproklavaminat amidinohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

amidinoproklavaminat + H2O proklavaminat + ureja

Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biositezi beta-laktamaznog inhibitora klavulanata u Streptomyces clavuligerus.
