O-sijaloglikoproteinska endopeptidaza (EC 3.4.24.57, glikoproteaza, glikoforin A proteinaza, glikoproteinaza, sialoglikoproteaza, sialoglikoproteinaza) je enzim.^[1]^[2]^[3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Hidroliza O-sijaloglikoproteina; razlaganje -Arg³¹-Asp- veze u glikoforinu A

Ovaj enzim izlučuje bakterija Pasteurella haemolytica.
