Oči bez lica (fr. Les Yeux sans visage; ital. Occhi senta volto) je francusko-italijanski crno-bijeli horor-film snimljen 1960. u režiji Georgesa Franjua, poznat kao jedno od najznačajnijih i najuticajnijih ostvarenja žanra sa početka 1960-ih.

Temelji se na istoimenom romanu Jeana Redona. Protagonist, čiji lik tumači Pierre Brasseur, je ugledni kirurg koji skrivi strahovitu prometnu nesreću u kojoj je unakaženo lice njegove kćeri (čiji lik tumači Edith Scob), koja je otada skrivena od javnosti i prisiljena stalno nositi masku. Radnja prikazuje kako njen otac, u nastojanju da joj obnovi lice, otima mlade žene, ubija ih i transplatira kožu s njihovih lica na kćerinu.

Franju, koji je tada uživao ugled kao vrsni dokumentarist i jedan od osnivača Francuske kinoteke, je za film dijelom angažiran u nastojanju da se u tadašnjoj francuskoj kinematografiji legitimizira zapostavljeni žanr horora. On je prilikom snimanja nastojao koristiti stil koji se temelji na njemačkom ekspresionizmu, a sam ga je opisivao kao "poetsku fantaziju", a ne horor. Usprkos toga, kao i uspješnog prolaza kroz tadašnje cenzurske odbore u većini evropskih državama, Oči bez lica je šokirao publiku za tadašnje standarde neobično uznemirujućim scenama. Većina kritika je bila negativna, ali je usprkos toga imao značajan uticaj na kasnije evropske autore horor-žanra, prije svega Jessa Franca; američki režiser John Carpenter je kasnije tvrdio da je maska za glavnog negativca u svom poznatom horor-filmu Halloween temeljena na maski koju koristi protagonistica filma. Film je izazvao pažnju i zbog muzike koju je komponirao Maurice Jarre, a što mu je kasnije omogućilo angažman u nizu prestižnih filmova svjetske kinematografije 1960-ih.
