Knjiga o iscjeljivanju

Knjiga o iscjeljivanju (arapski: کتاب الشفاء Kitab Al-Shifaʾ, latinski: Sufficientia) je naučna i filozofska enciklopedija koju je napisao perzijski ljekar Abū Alī ibn Sīnā (Avicenna). Usprkos svog naslova, ne bavi se neposredno medicinom, a "liječenje" u naslovu se odnosi na liječenje od neznanja. Smatra se najvažnijim Ibn Sinim djelom s područja nauke i filozofije, i vjeruje se da ju je počeo pisati oko 1014, završio oko 1020,[1] a objavio 1027.[2]

Knjiga je tematski podijeljena u četiri dijela: prvi se bavi logikom, drugi prirodnim naukama, treći matematikom (što uključuje quadrivium aritmetike, geometrije, astronomijei muzike), a četvrti metafizikom.[2] Na nju su značajno uticali drevni grčki filozofi kao Aristotel, helenistički mislioci kao Klaudije Ptolomej, ranija perzijski i muslimanski učenjaci i filozofi kao Al-Kindi (Alkindus), Al-Farabi (Alfarabi) i Abū Rayhān al-Bīrūnī.
