Kanabidiolinska kiselina sintaza (EC 1.21.3.8, CBDA sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom kanabigerolat:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (ciklizacija, formira kanabidiolat).^[1]^[2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

kanabigerolat + O₂

\rightleftharpoons

kanabidiolat + H₂O₂

Ovaj enzim kovalentno vezuje FAD. On učestvuje u biosintezi kanabinoida u biljci Cannabis sativa.
