Himaza (EC 3.4.21.39, skeletalna mišićna proteaza, kožna himotriptička proteinaza, mastocitna serinska proteinaza, himaza, skeletalna mišićna (SK) proteaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Preferentno odvajanje: Phe- > Tyr- > Trp- > Leu-

Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz mastocitnih granulea.
