Deacetilcefalosporin-C acetiltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.175, acetil-KoA:deacetilcefalosporin-C acetiltransferaza, DAC acetiltransferaza, cefG, deacetilcefalosporin C acetiltransferaza, acetil koenzim A:DAC acetiltransferaza, acetil-KoA:DAC acetiltransferaza, CPC acetilhidrolaza, acetil-KoA:DAC O-acetiltransferaza, DAC-AT) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acetil-KoA:deacetilcefalosporin-C O-acetiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

acetil-KoA + deacetilcefalosporin C KoA + cefalosporin C

Ovaj enzim katalizuje finalni korak u biosintezi cefalosporina C.
