DTDP-3-amino-3,6-didezoksi-alfa-D-glukopiranoza N,N-dimetiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.235, TylM1) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:dTDP-3-amino-3,6-didezoksi-alfa-D-glukopiranoza 3-N,N-dimetiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

2 S-adenozil-L-metionin + dTDP-3-amino-3,6-didezoksi-alfa-D-glukopiranoza 2 S-adenozil-L-homocistein + dTDP-3-dimetilamino-3,6-didezoksi-alfa-D-glukopiranoza

Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi mikaminoze, esencijalne strukturne komponente makrolidnog antibiotika tilozina, koji formira bakterija Streptomyces fradiae.
