D-laktat dehidrogenaza (citohrom) (EC 1.1.2.4, mlečna kiselina dehidrogenaza, D-laktat (citohrom) dehidrogenaza, citohrom-zavisna D-(-)-laktatna dehidrogenaza, D-laktat-citohrom c reduktaza, D-(-)-mlečni citohrom c reduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (R)-laktat:citohrom-c 2-oksidoreduktaza.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(R)-laktat + 2 fericitohrom c

\rightleftharpoons

piruvat + 2 ferocitohrom c + 2 H⁺

Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein (FAD).
