Cynthia "Cindy" Morris Sherman (19. januar 1954 -) je američka fotografkinja i fimska režiserka, najpoznatija po konceptualnim portretima. Njen opus je karakterističan po ispitivanju uloge žena u društvu. Neka od njenih djela su kasnije ušla u popis najskupljih fotografija ikada prodanih.

Od 1984. do 1999. je bila u braku s francuskim fotografom Michelom Auderom. Od 2007. živi sa muzičarom Davidom Byrneom.
