C5a peptidaza
C5a peptidaza (EC 3.4.21.110, streptokokalna C5a peptidaza, ScpA, ScpB, SCPA) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Primarno dolazi do razlaganja u pozciji His67-Lys68 u ljudskom C5a, i u manjoj meri u poziciji Ala58-Ser59
Ovaj enzim za površinu vezana subtilisinu slična serinska peptidaza sa veoma uskom supstratnom specifičnošću.
