Arsenio Martínez-Campos y Antón, rođen kao Martínez y Campos (Segovia, 14. decembar 1831 - Zarauz, 23. septembar 1900) bio je španski vojskovođa i političar, najpoznatiji po tome što je izveo puč, odnosno objavio pronunciamento kojim je 1874. godine okončana Prva španska republika i uvedena Bourbonska restauracija. Godine 1879. je pod novim režimom nakratko služio kao premijer.

Vojnu je karijeru započeo kao štapski oficir, ali se potom istakao u Špansko-marokanskom ratu i Meksičkoj ekspediciji 1861. godine. Nakon Slavne revolucije poslan je na Kubu gdje je služio od 1872. godine, postavši poznat po brutalnoj represiji kojom je nastojao ugušiti secesionističku pobunu. Po povratku u domovinu je zapovijedao vladinim trupama protiv karlističkih pobunjenika u Trećem karlističkom ratu. Godine 1874. je iskoristio priliku da svrgne republikanski režim i pozove mladog princa Alfonsa da preuzme prijestolje.

Potom je poslan na Kubu gdje je Paktom u Zanjonu okončao Desetogodišnji rat sa pobunjenicima. U domovini je ispočetka podržavao Konzervativnu stranku ali se sa njemim vođom Canovasom razišao oko ukidanja ropstva, te je prešao u redove liberala u čijim će vladama držati ministarske položaje. Kada je na Kubi ponovno izbila secesionistička pobuna poslan je za guvernera, ali se njegova politika držala suviše "mekanom" i pomirljivom. Smijenjen je Valerianom Weylerom koji će biti zaslužan za američku intervenciju i gubitak Kube.
