(piruvat, fosfat dikinaza)-fosfat fosfotransferaza (EC 2.7.4.27, PPDK regulatorni protein, piruvat, fosfat dikinaza regulatorni protein, bifunkcionalana dikinaza regulatorni protein, PDRP1 (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (piruvat, fosfat dikinaza) fosfat:fosfat fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- [piruvat, fosfat dikinaza] fosfat + fosfat [piruvat, fosfat dikinaza] + difosfat
Enzim iz kukuruza i Arabidopsis je bifunkcionalan. On takođe katalizuje fosforilaciju piruvata.
