Сезон 2012/13 Премьер-лиги Бангладеш (также называемой по имени спонсора Grameenphone Bangladesh Premier league ) это шестой сезон лиги, начиная с 2007 года. Всего в соревновании приняли участие 10 клубов. Клуб Шейх Руссел впервые завоевал чемпионский титул, и получил право представлять страну в Кубке президента АФК 2014, а также в Кубке АФК 2015.
