Биография

Родился 21 марта 1940 года в Вене. Получил образование режиссёра и актёра в театре Моцарта в Зальцбурге. Позднее стал там преподавателем актёрского мастерства. Герхард Цеманн играл во многих пьесах на немецком языке и основал зальцбургское кабаре «Die Grenzganger». Играл в сериале «Привратница» («Die Hausmeisterin»), удостоенном телевизионной премии Адольфа Гримме. Телефильм «Каракас» («Caracas»), где Цеманн играл одну из главных ролей, был удостоен в 1989 году на Каннском кинофестивале приза «Award of the Youth» (в номинации «иностранный фильм»). Однако, наибольшую популярность Цеманну принесла роль Леонардо Графа в телевизионном сериале «Комиссар Рекс». Умер 14 апреля 2010 года от сердечного приступа.
