Уильям Уиллингем (англ. William Willingham) — американский автор комиксов, наиболее известный как создатель серии Fables.

Родился в 1956 году в Форт Бивере[англ.] (Виргиния)[1]. Во время военной карьеры отца семья жила на Аляске, а после три года в Германии[2]. Билл является лауреатом таких премий как Inkpot Award[англ.] (2008)[3] и Eisner Award (2009)[4].
