Риза:

  • Ри́за — в др.-русск. «одежда, облачение». По Фасмеру, не имеет надёжной этимологии[1]. В другом источнике указано что Ри́за ж. или ри́зы мн. црк. одежда, одеянье, платье вообще, особ. верхнее[2]. Верхняя одежда, облаченье священника, при богослужении[2].

  • Риза Богородицы — название одеяния Богородицы, являющийся значимой христианской реликвией, в честь которой учреждён праздник Ризоположения.
  • Риза Господня — название одеяния Иисуса Христа, являющийся значимой христианской реликвией, в честь которой учреждён праздник Положения Ризы Господней.
  • Ри́за — верхнее облачение священника при богослужении.
  • Риза — покрывало на аналоях, престоле и жертвеннике, покровец на потире.
  • Риза — металлическая обшивка (оклад) на иконе.
  • Ризка — пелёнка младенца, в которую его завертывают после крестин.
