Поход Шейбани-хана на Казахское ханство — вторжение Мухаммеда Шейбани-хана на территорию Казахского ханства, произошедшее в 1509-1510 годах.

Первый поход

В 1509 году Шейбани-хан вынужден был третий раз пойти с походом на северо-восточные границы, так как до этого казахский Джаниш-султан совершил грабительский поход на Бухару и Самарканд и захватил много людей в плен[2]. Битва более чем 40-тысячного войска Шейбани-хана против 30 тысяч Джаниш-султана закончилась полным разгромом Джаниш-султана и его улуса[3].

Второй поход

Перед походом на Исмаила Сефеви весной 1510 года Мухаммед Шейбани выступил против Казахского ханства, где правил Бурундук-хан, но все дела правительства вел Касым-хан, сын одного из основателей государства Джанибек-хана[4]. Несмотря на свою огромную силу, Шейбани-хан не имел достаточно сил, чтобы противостоять Касым-хану. В тот период численность его армии превышала 20 000 человек[5].

Мойынсыз Хасан, один из амиров Касым-бека, узнав о походе узбеков, выступил против них со своим войском; он распространил слух, что Касим-хан приближается[5]. Шейбани-хан тотчас приказал отступить; его армия в беспорядке отступила в Самарканд[5].
