Биография

Мэрилин Норри родилась 4 октября 1957 года в Питерборо, Онтарио, Канада. В 1980 году получила степень бакалавра искусств в Йоркском университете, в 1987 году переехала в Ванкувер.

Дебютировала в 1989 году на телевидении, появившись в одной из серий телесериала «Залив Опасный». Впоследствии получила известность, снявшись в таких фильмах, как «Бесконечная история 3», «Маленькие женщины», «Миссия на Марс», «Шесть демонов Эмили Роуз» и «Тело Дженнифер». Также прославилась второстепенной ролью Розмари в независимом научно-фантастическом триллере Паноса Косматоса «По ту сторону чёрной радуги»[2].

В 2005 сыграла роль Кейт, матери главной героини в эпизоде «Танец мёртвых» (режиссёр — Тоуб Хупер) сериала-антологии «Мастера ужасов»[3].

В 2010 году получила награду Lorena Gale Woman of Distinction Award от Содружества актёров Британской Колумбии[4].
