31-й выпуск Классики Альмерии — шоссейной однодневной велогонки по дорогам испанской провинции Альмерия. Гонка прошла 14 февраля 2016 года в рамках Европейского тура UCI 2016. Победу одержал австралийский велогонщик Ли Ховард из команды «IAM Cycling»[1].

Участники

В гонке приняли участие 16 команд: 5 команд категории UCI WorldTeam, 6 проконтинентальных и 2 континентальные команды.[2] Всего на старт соревнования вышли 111 гонщиков. До финиша доехали 76 спортсменов.

Маршрут

Изначально маршрут гонки должен был составлять 183 километра, но из-за сильного юго-восточного ветра, который угрожал безопасности гонщиков, гонка была сокращена организаторами до 21 километра, представляющих из себя шесть кругов по улицах Альмерии.[1]
