Эльвира Гарсия-и-Гарсия (исп. Elvira García y García) — перуанская учительница и феминистка. Она основала пионерскую школу для девочек Liceo Peruano (1883), ведущее феминистское издание Liceo Fanning (1894—1914), и считается пионером в области женского образования в Перу. Основательница первого перуанского детского сада. Также известна как журналистка и автор многочисленных книг. Она была дочерью Аурелио Гарсиа-и-Гарсиа, контр-адмирала перуанского флота, который считался одним из «четырех асов» формирующегося флота Перу (наряду с Мигелем Грау и Лисардо Монтеро Флоресом).
