«Чистильщик» (англ. Cleaner) — будущий художественный фильм режиссёра Мартина Кэмпбелла. Главную роль в фильме исполнит Дейзи Ридли.

Сюжет

Сюжет фильма разворачивается в Лондоне. Активисты-радикалы захватывают заложников на ежегодном торжественном мероприятии энергетической компании в самом высоком небоскрёбе Западной Европы The Shard, чтобы разоблачить коррупцию глав корпорации. Но, вскоре, в их дело вмешивается экстремист, готовый убить всех, кто находится в здании, чтобы донести до мира своё послание. Бывшему солдату, ставшему мойщиком окон, Джоуи Локк (Дэйзи Ридли), подвешенному на высоте 90 этажей с внешней стороны здания, предстоит спасти тех, кто оказался в ловушке, и уничтожить убийц, а также найти способ привлечь к ответственности коррумпированных магнатов[1].

Производство

Режиссёром фильма выступит Мартин Кэмпбелл, продюсерами — Себастьен Райбо и Каллум Грант[2].

В мае 2023 года на главную роль была утверждена Дейзи Ридли[3][4]. Позже в том же месяце к фильму присоединился Клайв Оуэн[5]. В октябре 2023 года к фильму присоединился Таз Скайлар[6].

По сообщениям Screen Daily, съёмки начались в Лондоне в сентябре 2023 года[7]. Первые фотографии со съёмок Ридли в Лондоне появились в СМИ в октябре 2023 г[8].

Выход

Компания Sky Original Film[англ.] приобрела права на фильм и планирует выпустить его на стриминговом сервисе Sky Cinema[англ.] в начале 2025[9]. Выпуск фильма в кинотеатрах намечен на 21 февраля 2025[10].
