Сильвен Цинзер (фр. Sylvain Zinser, 24 ноября 1936 — 10 февраля 2013) — французский шахматист (мастер) и шахматный журналист.

Неоднократный участник чемпионатов Франции. В составе сборной Франции участник двух шахматных олимпиад (1964 и 1966).

Участник ряда сильных международных турниров.

В середине 1970-х годов был президентом Шахматной федерации Франции. В этом качестве занимался организацией 21-й шахматной олимпиады (1974).

В качестве журналиста наиболее известен как сотрудник французского журнала «Europe Echecs».
