Стабилизатор

Стабилиза́тор — в общем случае предназначен для предотвращения изменения параметров под действием дестабилизирующих факторов (вибрация и тп.):

  • Стабилизатор пути — путевая машина для ускоренной выправки и стабилизации железнодорожных путей.
    • в автомобилях: стабилизатор поперечной устойчивости — устройство в подвеске, обеспечивающее подавление боковых кренов в поворотах.
    • в судостроении: успокоитель качки; стабилизатором[англ.] называется одна из горизонтальных плоскостей, которая обеспечивает устойчивость судна при качке. Приводится в действие при помощи бортовых гироскопов; стабилизация в состоянии покоя[англ.] (стабилизация при нулевой скорости или стабилизация на якоре) относится к процессу увеличения уменьшения бортовой качки для судна, которое не находится на ходу.
    • в авиации стабилизатором называется одна из горизонтальных плоскостей, которая обеспечивает устойчивость самолёта.
    • В вооружениях: Стабилизатор вооружения — система автоматического регулирования, обеспечивающая сохранение заданного направления вооружения и приборов наблюдения при колебаниях корпуса боевой машины во время движения.
