Биография

Родился 28 февраля 1979 года в Кветте, Белуджистан[1]. Получил начальное образование в государственной школе Тамир-и-Нау и в государственном колледже Тамир-и-Нау в Кветте, а также окончил Университет Белуджистана[2].

Выходец из округа Мастунг в Белуджистане из племени марри[3].

Был рекомендован на должность главного министра уходящим правительством Белуджистана, но консенсуса между оппозицией и правительством достичь не удалось, и вопрос о его назначении на этот пост был решен Избирательной комиссией Пакистана 7 июня 2018 года[3].
