Каунауэ (исп. Río Caunahue) — река в провинции Ранко области Лос-Риос на юге Чили[1]. Впадает в озеро Ранко.

Река Каунауэ наряду с соседней рекой Калькуррупе пользуется популярностью среди туристов и любителей рыбной ловли на мух[2][3].
