Биография

Одной из первых работ Деодато был фото-реалистичный комикс, который являлся адаптацией телесериала «Красавица и чудовище» 1987 года и был опубликован в «Innovation Publishing». Деодато получил известность в Северной Америке, где вместе с Уильямом Месснером-Лоебсом работал над популярной серией комиксов Wonder Woman. После работы над Wonder Woman он некоторое время был бессменным художником другой серии комиксов под названием Mighty Thor вместе с Уорреном Эллисом, а затем работал над серией Glory с Робом Лифелдом на Image Comics и Maximum Press.

В то время как в 90-х его стиль во многом был схож с творчеством Джима Ли, он изменил его на более упрощённый, фото-реалистичный и местами угрюмый стиль.
