«Стад брестуа 29» (фр. Stade brestois 29, французское произношение: ​[stɑd bʁɛstwɑː]) или просто «Брест» — французский футбольный клуб из одноимённого города. Основан в 1950 году, домашние матчи проводит на арене «Стад Франсис Ле Бле», вмещающей 15 097 зрителей. Наивысшим достижением клуба в Лиге 1 является третье место в 2024 году. Всего в высшем французском дивизионе клуб провёл 14 сезонов. Число 29 в названии клуба означает порядковый номер департамента Финистер. Выступает в Лиге 1. Лучший результат — 3-е место по итогам сезона 2023/24.

История

История футбольного клуба начинается в 1903 году, когда в городе Бресте создали команду под названием l’Armoricaine.

В 1950 году произошло объединение сразу 5 клубов l’Armoricaine de Saint-Louis, l’Avenir de Saint-Martin, la Flamme du Pilier Rouge, la Milice de Saint-Michel et les Jeunes de Saint-Mar, которые назвали свой клуб «Брест». В 1958 году клуб получил профессиональный статус и вышел во второй дивизион Франции.[2]

В 1979 году «Брест» впервые в своей истории выходит в Первый дивизион, но занял последнее место в чемпионате и опустился вновь. В следующем сезоне «двадцать девятые» опять выходят в Лигу 1.
