Turul Elveției 2016 a fost cea de a 80-a ediție a Turului Elveției, cursă de ciclism pe etape. Cele nouă etape ale cursei au început în Baar pe 11 iunie și s-au încheiat în Davos pe 19 iunie fiind a șaptesprezecea din cele douăzeci și opt curse din Circuitul mondial UCI 2016.
