Frank Theodore „Ted” Levine (n. 29 mai 1957, Bellaire(d), Comitatul Belmont, Ohio, Ohio, SUA) este un actor american. Este cunoscut mai ales pentru rolurile lui Buffalo Bill în filmul Silence of the Lambs (1991) și Leland Stottlemeyer în serialul de televiziune Monk (2002-2009).

Levine s-a născut în Bellaire, Ohio, fiind fiul lui Charlotte Virginia (Clark) și Milton Dmitri Levine, care erau atât medici, cât și membri ai Medicilor pentru responsabilitate socială . După rolul său în The Silence of the Lambs (ca antagonist primar Buffalo Bill), a existat o perioadă în care a interpretat rolurile personajelor negative.
