Președintele Republicii Federative Brazilia (în portugheză Presidente da República Federativa do Brasil) sau pur și simplu Președintele Republicii, este șeful statului și șeful guvernului Braziliei. Președintele conduce ramura executivă a guvernului federal și este comandantul șef al Forțelor Armate braziliene. Este cea mai puternică persoană din Brazilia.

Sistemul prezidențial a fost instituit în 1889, la proclamarea republicii printr-o lovitură de stat militară împotriva împăratului Pedro al II-lea. De atunci, Brazilia a avut șase constituții, trei dictaturi și trei perioade democratice. În perioadele democratice, votul a fost întotdeauna obligatoriu. [1]

Jair Bolsonaro este al 38-lea și actualul președinte. El a depus jurământul la 1 ianuarie 2019, după alegerile prezidențiale din 2018.[2]

Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva a fost ales președinte în urma alegerilor generale din Brazilia din 2022 și este de așteptat să preia mandatul la 1 ianuarie 2023.
