Bachtäler im Kaufunger Wald este o arie protejată (arie specială de conservare — SAC[1], sit de importanță comunitară — SCI) din Germania întinsă pe o suprafață de 1.289,76 ha, integral pe uscat.

Localizare

Centrul sitului Bachtäler im Kaufunger Wald este situat la coordonatele 51°19′11″N 9°45′22″E / 51.3197°N 9.7561°E ({{PAGENAME}}).

Înființare

Situl Bachtäler im Kaufunger Wald a fost declarat sit de importanță comunitară în iunie 2000 pentru a proteja 4 specii de animale. Situl a fost protejat și ca arie specială de conservare în iunie 2018[1].[2][3]

Biodiversitate

Situată în ecoregiunea continentală, aria protejată conține 10 habitate naturale: Cursuri de apă de la nivel de câmpie la nivel montan, cu vegetație Ranunculion fluitantis și Callitricho-Batrachion, Pajiști uscate europene, Formațiuni ierboase bogate în specii de Nardus, dezvoltate pe substraturi silicioase în zone montane (și în zone submontane, în Europa continentală), Liziere de ierburi înalte hidrofile de câmpie și de nivel montan până la alpin, Fânețe de joasă altitudine (Alopecurus pratensis, Sanguisorba officinalis), Mlaștini turboase de tranziție și turbării mișcătoare, Depresiuni pe substraturi de turbă de Rhynchosporion, Păduri de fag Luzulo-Fagetum, Păduri de fag Asperulo-Fagetum, Păduri aluvionare cu Alnus glutinosa și Fraxinus excelsior (Alno-Padion, Alnion incanae, Salicion albae).[3]

La baza desemnării sitului se află mai multe specii protejate:[2]

  • amfibieni (1): triton cu creastă (Triturus cristatus)
  • mamifere (1): liliac comun (Myotis myotis)
  • nevertebrate (1): phengaris nausithous (Maculinea nausithous)
  • pești (1): cicar (Lampetra planeri)

Pe lângă speciile protejate, pe teritoriul sitului au mai fost identificate 4 specii de plante, 1 specie de mamifere.[2]
