Ha ou He (Shha em Unicode) (Һ һ; itálico: Һ һ) é uma letra do alfabeto cirílico.[1] Sua forma é derivada da letra latina H (H h h), mas as formas maiúsculas são mais semelhantes a uma letra cirílica Che (Ч ч) rotacionada ou a um Tshe sem traço (Ћ ћ) porque a letra cirílica En (Н н) já tem a mesma forma que a letra latina H.

A maioria das línguas que usam a letra chamam-na de ha — o nome shha foi criado quando a letra foi codificada em Unicode, pois o nome ha já estava sendo usado por Kha. (Х х)

Shha frequentemente representa a fricativa glotal surda /h/, como a pronúncia de ⟨h⟩ em "hat".
