Inquisition é uma banda colombiana-americana de black metal formada em Cáli, Colômbia, em 1988 e posteriormente realocada para Seattle, Washington, nos Estados Unidos. A banda possui dois membros, Dagon (vocal e guitarra) e Incubus (bateria), e não conta com baixista.[1]
A banda possuía um som de thrash metal em suas primeiras gravações, mas começou a incorporar mais influências de black metal em 1996 com seu primeiro EP, Incense of Rest.[2]
