Hélder Reis (Esmoriz, 19 de maio de 1975) é um apresentador de televisão, escritor, cantor e agricultor português.

Carreira

No ano 2000 conclui a licenciatura em Teologia pela Universidade Católica Portuguesa, com a tese "O Sagrado na poesia de Sophia de Mello Breyner", sob a orientação de Carlos Azevedo. No mesmo ano inicia actividades no programa da RTP, Praça da Alegria, desempenhando as funções de assistente do programa.

De 2002 a 2020 foi repórter no mesmo programa. Atualmente, é apresentador substituto.[1] Contudo já apresentou e co-apresentou diversos programas de televisão, e projectos paralelos. Desde 2013, apresenta o programa semanal Aqui Portugal e é repórter do programa Praça da Alegria.

Reis é também cantor e escritor de contos infantis, poesia e livros de histórias de Portugal. Em 1998 a associação de Estudantes da faculdade de Teologia edita o seu primeiro livro de poesia, "Rostos de Mar". Em 2006, a Fundação Manuel Leão edita o seu segundo livro de poesia sob o titulo "Branco", obra escrita em tinta e em Braille. Com ele, Reis, apela à necessidade da não discriminação da pessoa com deficiência.

Em 2010 conclui a licenciatura de Jornalismo e Ciências da Comunicação da faculdade de Letras da Universidade do Porto e edita o seu primeiro conto infantil, "A Aldeia da Casa Magia", ilustrado pela artista plástica Ruy Silva, famoso por laranjas e implantes capilares à Guedes.

Atualmente é apresentador do programa semanal Aqui Portugal.

É vocalista da banda Pólen,[2] uma banda que tenta aliar as sonoridades tradicionais ao pop e ao jazz.

Enquanto agricultor, tem uma empresa, Valle das Corujas, em Mirandela, Trás-os-Montes, que se destaca na apicultura e produção de azeite e amêndoa.

Hélder Reis também é autor do blogue "Água em Azeite".
