Commelina communis

Commelinidae é uma subclasse, cuja circunscrição varia com o sistema taxonómico utilizado; apenas requer que se inclua a família Commelinaceae. Tanto o sistema de Cronquist (1981) quanto o sistema de Takhtajan utilizavam este grupo.[1]
